They are six experts representing as many professional perspectives, mobilised to support the development of the Trust & Safety Forum and the digital safety ecosystem: please meet the new Strategic Committee.

Its members are:

  • Camilla Hegarty, Senior Vice President of Trust & Safety and Data Services (TP),
  • Flore Bouhey Dwan, Director of Platform Oversight (Coimsiún na Meán, the Irish regulator),
  • Henry Adams, Director of Trust & Safety Intelligence (Resolver),
  • Jeff Sen, Director of Trust & Safety (WeTransfer),
  • Julia Fossi, Global Director of Policy and Strategic Engagements – Trust & Safety (AWS), and
  • Margaux Liquard, Director of Trust and Safety and Public Affairs (Yubo).

Together, they represent the diversity of stakeholders in this discipline, platforms, solution providers, service providers, experts, and regulators. Since its launch in 2022, the goal of the Trust & Safety Forum has been to create a dynamic space for changemakers shaping the digital future—across technology (AI, generative AI, cloud computing, smart devices), policy, and advocacy.

Year after year, the Forum has consistently brought to light issues that were overlooked in broader discussions. It started with addressing the welfare of analysts and moderators, then emphasized the importance of perspective of victims, particularly adult victims of image-based sexual violence (non-consensual intimate content, deepfakes, sextortion, etc.).  In 2025, the focus was on hybrid threats that thrive on extreme violence, hate and child sexual abuse content. Child protection has been a constant theme throughout the various editions, both child victims and children using digital services safely. The conclusions of the Trust & Safety Forum 2025 concluded that, as threats become more hybrid, a cross-functional approach between policy teams and trust and safety teams is essential.

What is expected of the Strategic Committee? Identify what matters most:

  • Identify the most complex and difficult issues, that require collective intelligence,
  • Challenge the formats of sessions and interventions, and the way we interact with the public,
  • Ensure the breadth and the depth of the discussion, so the speakers and the audience get the substance they need to advance their objectives.

With the guidance from these enthusiastic and forward-thinking experts, we can collectively advance the protection of our digital lives.
