With a workforce of 1,600 employees, the Indian company markets automation and cyber‑protection solutions for cloud environments.

Capgemini announced on August 26, 2025, that it has signed an agreement to acquire Cloud4C, an Indian company specializing in managed cloud services. The transaction, whose amount has not been disclosed, is expected to be completed within a few months, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals. It will allow Capgemini to strengthen its expertise and its client portfolio in the managed cloud domain.

Founded in 2014, Cloud4C supports its clients in managing their cloud infrastructure: system migration, environment management, data optimization. Its platform provides automation tools, as well as cybersecurity and business continuity solutions following an incident, in compliance with regulatory and sovereignty constraints.

Present in 29 countries, Cloud4C employs 1,600 people around the world.
