An uncertainty management strategist, Rayna focuses on cyber diplomacy and resilience through cybersecurity, strategic autonomy, and data protection issues. With “The Digital is Political”, she analyses digital Europe to help the busy decision-maker understand and act. An award-winning author of “La face cachée d’Internet” [The hidden face of the Internet] (Larousse, 2017), Rayna also enjoys hacking connected objects and is a strong supporter of open source, open data, and open science. She has explored the impact of data and tech in conflict and post-conflict zones in Eastern Europe and the MENA region. She is a board member of the Women4Cyber Foundation and an independent expert and rapporteur for ENISA’s Emerging Threats Working Group.
