A key supplier within the United States’ intelligence and defense ecosystem, the company has published a manifesto with authoritarian and racist overtones.

Palantir, an American specialist in data processing for intelligence, published a 22-point manifesto on April 19, 2026. The text is a geopolitical statement of belief with openly asserted authoritarian and racist drift. It summarizes a book dedicated to the company’s doctrine, written by its two main executives, Alexander Karp and Nicholas Zamiska.

The company calls for abandoning any ethical concerns in matters of armament, particularly autonomous weapons: if its adversaries are ready to cross all red lines, the West must do the same. Palantir also denounces “the hollow temptation of empty pluralism” and an inclination toward inclusivity that it considers deadly for Western democracies. The company openly endorses a hierarchy of cultures, asserting that some have “produced remarkable advances” — the West — while others have proven “dysfunctional and regressive.”

This stance is particularly problematic for a player that provides surveillance and data analysis software to the military, intelligence services, and immigration agencies. Among its American clients are the military, the National Security Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the New York Police Department, and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The publication of this manifesto has triggered numerous concerned and outraged reactions around the world.
